Lecture.no is an AI-powered presentation-to-audio service that transforms your PDF presentations into engaging audio lectures. The service is provided on a credit-based system, where generating audio narration for slides requires credits.

2. User Accounts and Credits

To use our service, you must create an account. Users can purchase credits through our subscription plans or credit packs. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify credit prices and subscription fees with reasonable notice.

3. Presentation Usage and Storage

Uploaded PDF presentations, generated transcripts, and audio files are stored as part of your personal library ("My Presentations") and remain available to you until you choose to delete them. You can delete individual presentations or your entire account at any time.

Your presentations are stored securely and are not visible to other users unless you choose to share them. We do not use your presentations for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

4. Sharing Feature

You may choose to share your presentations with others using share links. By sharing a presentation, you grant access to view and listen to the presentation. You can control whether presentations are public or private, and you can revoke sharing access at any time.

5. Rights and Usage

By using our service, you retain all rights to your original uploaded presentations. For the generated transcripts and audio:

• You have the right to share your presentations and audio lectures
• You may use the generated content for personal and commercial purposes
• We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement
• We do not claim ownership of your original presentations or generated content

6. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or generate content that:

• Contains explicit, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains personal information of others without consent

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated data. We will provide reasonable notice before account termination except in cases of severe violations.
